Kenton’s passion for fitness started at a young age, running the mountains of North Idaho, and excelling as a multi-sport athlete. During Kenton’s high school athletic career he earned a State Title in Wrestling. After high school he was forced to choose between wrestling and his love for baseball. In 1992 Kenton chose to attend Lewis Clark State College where he was a catcher for the Warriors, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, as well as a teaching certificate in Physical Education and Health. Following college Kenton started coaching, and training high school athletes in baseball, football and wrestling. In 1999 Kenton strapped his catchers gear back on and was picked up by the Pirates organization. His dream to play professional baseball had finally become reality on July 4th, 1999 when he made his debut for the single “A” team, The Johnstown Johnnies. Since his release, Kenton turned his focus on mastering cutting edge training techniques and helping others to reach their full potential. After earning his Master’s degree in Physical Education/Sports Psychology at the University of Idaho he moved to Spokane where he has been training elite athletes, recreational athletes, as well as helping ordinary people reach extraordinary goals.

Kenton’s passions of serving others through fitness lead him to become the co-owner of FAST TRAC PERFORMANCE / CROSSFIT SPOKANE VALLEY. The only thing he enjoys more than seeing people reach their true physical potential is seeing the confidence they gain when they break through their self-limitations, accomplish their dreams and truly start to live.

When Kenton’s not training he enjoys outdoor adventure, spending time with family, and competing in anything physically challenging.
