4 sets of 3 reps of...

Back squats

Pause at the bottom of the squat for 2 seconds and explode up.  Similar to a box squat, only you do not sit on anything at the bottom.

*Immediately following every set of back squats, perform 10 squat jumps.

Strict Shoulder Press

Pause at the shoulder for 2 seconds and explode up.

*Immediately following every set of shoulder press, perform 10 clapping push-ups.

RECORD HIGHEST WEIGHT USED FOR EACH LIFT.

    I have the clapping part down….it’s the push ups, back squats , and strict press and jump squats I struggle with :(
