Monday's WOD: 5 Rounds for time of 200m run and 20 burpees

Tuesday's WOD: 2 rounds of max dips, back squat 3-3-3-3-3 and mini wod: 500m row + 400m run for time

Wednesday's WOD: heaving snatch balance 3-3-2-2-1-1, WOD: perform the following wall ball and plate couplet for time:

30 WB's - 10 plate pushes (pp)

25 - 8

20 - 6

15 - 4

10 - 2
