    Nothing like a lite little Monday. 75 quick snatches a little rest, and 100air squats, and a 600 yard run.

    Maybe next time we can do Air Snatches

    Man I hate missing the good ones! Well there all good, I just hate missing anyday period! Gonna buy a lotto ticket tonight so I can retire and workout everyday. See ya Wednesday, hey remember killa were doing Fran! !

    Iceman we are retired and four days a week is all the time we can get away from the home. They think we are going to the doctor but we have them fooled. We come back with giant tubes of aspercreme, and heating ice pads and they think it’s from therapy….LOL ;)
