The bills dead lifted our Kayaks today, then we cleaned them, and then we negative dead lifted them. Finally we double paddled AMRAP in two hours, and repeated the dead lift again for two additional rounds

Yea Im feeling it today after doing the wod then attempting it… Its too bad Dan was in the zone and deleted the video… Guess I will just have to go for 510 when Im fresh
